K. Patil said: 'The park management plans to keep the cubs in natural surroundings so that they can be reintroduced in the wild at an appropriate time. They in all probability would be shifted to Magadhi where an enclosure has been prepared for a bison relocation program, slated to begin at Bandhavgarh in November.'
'The cubs were located not too far from the place where the tigress was found dead,' Patil said.
Park employees saw the body of the tigress aged around six years in Pator range of the park Tuesday. No injury marks were found on her body and she died of consuming some poisonous thing, initial examination suggested, park officials said.
