Dikshit expressed the confidence that principals would become a guiding force for growth in all senses for the state.

She added: 'Performance of government schools has attracted students in large numbers and the load on these schools has increased tremendously. The schools will be given all kinds of support to cope with the additional rush.'

'Vidyalaya Kalyan Samitis have worked very well for government schools and we will be further strengthening it to achieve the desired goal of right to education,' Dikshit said.
