She said the decision on whether to open the school Monday or extend the shutdown was yet to be taken.
'We were supposed to reopen Monday. But a decision on further closure of the school is yet to be taken. We will hold a meeting to decide on extension of school's closure,' the principal said.
Rupa died at Bangalore's St. Philomena Hospital after she showed pneumonia symptoms Aug 7. However, only late Wednesday it was confirmed that she was suffering from H1N1 virus.
Hospital director Shankar Prasad said she did not respond to pneumonia treatment. Her throat and nasal swabs were sent to the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS) here for testing.
