Vicky Chandhok, Vice-president, MMSC and chairman of FMSCI Racing Committee, said: 'I am absolutely delighted to get the go ahead from Mr Gunardi after his detailed inspection of the track and it validates what we have been saying for many years that we have an excellent racing facility which is capable of hosting international races.'
The bikes that will be seen in action at the September event include 600cc Superspot and Underbone 115 that will be ridden by some of the best riders of Asia and also India.
To be held concurrently is the UAM Asia Cup of Nations open to single-make 125cc Honda Stunner bikes with 20 countries participating.
