'According to Munna Singh, all the family members were persuading him to surrender to the police and in a fit of rage, he again opened fire at them,' the inspector added.

While two of his relatives, Kapoor Singh and his wife Vaisani Devi, died on the spot, another relative, Yashwant Singh, received gun shots in his thigh and arm.

'Kapoor Singh was Vipin's grandfather's younger brother. Yashwant has been referred to Jhansi for treatment,' Singh said.
