The petitioner also stated how Indian society has undergone a drastic change in their lifestyles and said: 'With the advent of globalisation and increasing influence of western culture and increasing scarcity of time to enjoy and have a personal life, Indians have also started having a night life and started going to pubs and restaurants at night in order to relax and unwind themselves after a hard day's work.'
