Palekar and Tagore have come together after more than 30 years since pairing in their Bengali super hit film 'Mother' in the late 1970s.

'Samaantar' (Parallel folds) is an intense story about the parallel lives of Keshav (Palekar) and Shama (Tagore) crossing each other in the twilight of life. It is set for release Sep 4.
