'I am not worried about the party line. I am with Jaswant Singh on the partition and Jinnah issue,' Ali, a well known Dalit Muslim leader who heads the All India United Muslim Morcha, told IANS.

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has already made it clear that the state government would not ban Jaswant Singh's controversial book 'Jinnah: India - Partition - Independence'.

Sharad Yadav, national president of the JD-U, has also disapproved of the Gujarat government banning the book.

BJP expelled Jaswant Singh from the party on Aug 19 for his views on Jinnah and Sardar Patel.
