In the past 24 hours several places recorded high rain fall. The highest 135.8 mm rain fall was recorded at Titlagarh town, the Bhubaneswar meteorological centre said.
Damages are caused due to floods mainly in three major rivers Mahanadi, Brahmani, and Baitarani.' The water level of these rivers have crossed warning level in some places, state flood control room officials said.
