Los Angeles, Aug 19 - Britney Spears says that if she were the president of the US, she would give free pies to everyone and build a nightclub on the moon.

The singer outlined the ways America would benefit from her leadership in a pre-taped segment aired on 'The Late Show with David Letterman', contactmusic.com reports.

Dressed in a skimpy black bikini with an oversized red flower in the hair, the 27-year-old star discussed her plans for everything from the war on terrorism and fiscal strategies to make hip-hop star P. Diddy her second-in-command.
