Panaji, July 14 - Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat's belief in his state being an attractive destination is unshakeable. While announcing the names of Bollywood stars Aamir Khan and Manoj Kumar as special invitees for a patriotic film festival next month, Kamat expressed confidence that they would 'love to come' although they haven't confirmed it yet.
'They will be confirmed yaar... They (Bollywood celebrities) will come here. They love to come to Goa,' Kamat told reporters here Monday when asked whether the government had confirmed the presence of Aamir Khan and Manoj Kumar.
'We have confirmed the presence of Rakyesh Omprakash Mehra, whose 'Rang De Basanti' will be the opening film of the three-day festival,' Kamat said.
Some of the other films which will be screened are Farhan Akhtar's 'Lakshya', Manoj Kumar's 'Upkaar', Sohraab Modi's 'Sikandar' and Ashutosh Gowarikar's 'Lagaan'.
