His interrogation is on and we are hoping to arrest three-four more people,' a senior police official told IANS on condition of anonymity.

'Mahajan used to put faces of male and female GNDU teachers over the nude pictures that he downloaded from pornographic websites. He also wrote obscene text along with these morphed pictures and circulated it among other staff members of the university,' he added.

Police sources said Mahajan was using two fake e-mail identities to circulate these pictures.

GNDU had also initiated its own probe in the controversy.
