Slamming the petitioner, the court said: 'Is the petitioner a scientist or has he carried out the survey before filing this petition?'
Jain's counsel replied that they are citizens and wanted to draw the court's attention towards the lack of facilities provided by the government to fight the flu.
'Your (petitioner) purpose is solved by publishing the matter. Now please stop filing these petitions,' the bench said, adding that the government is doing its job well.
Nazimi Waziri, counsel appearing for the Delhi government, informed the court that there were 22 response teams in the capital with 2,200 people working under it.
