'There is no reason of any concern, but we do not want to take any chances and we are monitoring the situation. No other player or official has complained of illness. This is an issue of worldwide concern. The players travel every week and it's not uncommon for them. We are working closely to ensure that there are no health concerns during the tournament,' Lund said.
The BWF requested the media not to publicise the name of the coach as it could create panic. 'Till the time the results come we do not want to reveal his name, because his family might be concerned. We request the media not to take any names.'
Lund said that a number of preventive medical services are in place at the venue and the hotels which include regular monitoring of temperature and personal hygiene advice.
'There is a medical center at the stadium and also doctors are there at every hotel. The team managers have been told to report if any case of flu comes to their knowledge.'
