The hearing of anticipatory bail will take place Monday. We will wait two to three days then move to court seeking to attach their properties,' a vigilance official told IANS.
'There are only two options, either we arrest them or they surrender. As a last resort we will have to seek property attachment.'
The vigilance department has also written to police requesting them to withdraw the security of the two accused.
The vigilance department alleged that Ekka had assets worth Rs.3.73 crore (over Rs.37 million) more than his known sources of income and Rai had assets worth Rs.1.16 crore more than his known income.
