Ranchi, July 12 - The Jharkhand anti-corruption department wants to attach properties of two former ministers who are absconding since last month after arrest warrants were issued against them in a graft case.
The two former ministers, Enos Ekka and Harinarayan Rai, have been accused of amassing wealth more that their known sources of income. The arrest warrants were issued against them June 27 by a vigilance court.
However, the accused have been absconding since then even as the vigilance department conducted searches on their houses in Ranchi and in Simdega and Deoghar districts.
