YSR has already announced his government's decision to introduce cooperative farming in the state to ensure good returns to the farmers.
Under this system, a group of farmers can come together and offer their lands for agriculture, horticulture, sericulture, poultry, goat or sheep rearing and allied activities.
In an open letter to farmers, he stated recently that the sole aim of the government was to make agriculture more remunerative. He said cooperative farming would come to the rescue of the farmers with lack of access to bank loans, technology and other inputs.
