Chavan said the program has three components -- Scheme for Early Attraction of Talent for Science (SEATS) covering children of 10 to 15 years, Scholarship for Higher Education (SHE) covering an age group of 17 to 22 years and Assured Opportunity for Research Careers (AORC) covering an age group of 10 to 32 years of a student.
SEATS aims at attracting children to experience the joy of innovations through an investment of Rs.5,000 per child as Inspire award.
Chavan said the programme offers several scholarships and mentoring through summer attachment with performing researchers.
