'His whole family, including his father, mother and brother, are not in a stable state of mind. Chand has crossed all the limits of betrayal,' she added.

The two had secretly got married in November 2008 after converting to Islam. Chand was already married to Seema Bishnoi and they have three children.

Both surfaced after their marriage in Uttar Pradesh's Meerut city December 2008. After staying together for nearly 40 days, Chand suddenly left her house and was later traced in London.

Adding drama to the controversial marriage, he then 'divorced' her over phone and through SMS February 2009. But in June, he apologised to her and again started living with her in her house in Mohali town, adjoining Chandigarh.

Chand met with an accident July 8, in which he fractured his hip joint. Fiza was away to Malaysia to take part in a reality show, at that time.
