My petition is coming up for hearing tomorrow (Friday),' she said.

Expressing confidence that the Congress would form the next government in Uttar Pradesh, Joshi said: 'We have chalked out a detailed plan of our party's activities for the next three years because we have our focus on the next Vidhan Sabha (legislative assembly) elections in 2012.'

While a two-day meet of all the party's Lok Sabha members from the state is proposed to begin July 25, and will be presided over by party general secretary Digvijay Singh, a meeting of the Uttar Pradesh Congress coordination committee was being planned Aug 4 and will be chaired by general secretary Rahul Gandhi.
