New Delhi, Sep 17 - Riding high on the success of his hit 'Dev D' in India, Bollywood actor Abhay Deol bagged rave reviews for his performance in the film at the recently concluded Venice Film Festival.

'Abhay's performance in 'Dev D' created waves at the festival. It is for the first time that an Indian actor has been selected among talents from all over the world. For Abhay it was an honour,' said a source.

The actor wore a number by Italian designer Salvatore Ferragamo at the screening of the film and became the centre of attraction for his role.

'He looked dashing as ever. What added to his charm and glow was his eye catching performance in the film.
