'Not a single case has been filed against these 32 attacks because of reasons well known,' said Thankachen.
He also attacked Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan for his 'stoic silence' on the murder of Muthoot scion Paul M. George last month.
'He is aware that if he opens his mouth he would lose his chair. Even a school kid is aware that the murder case of George is going in the wrong direction because the CPI-M wants to shield someone,' said Thankachen.
Earlier, the last day of the short assembly session Thursday saw heated exchanges between Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan and Leader of the Opposition Oommen Chandy over 'the collapse of law and order' in the state. Speaker K. Radhakrishnan was forced to adjourn the house after the opposition moved into the well of the house.
