Choudhary, a resident of Pune, was arrested by the Mumbai police in September 2008 before being taken into custody by the Delhi police June 11 this year for allegedly providing logistical support in connection with serial blasts here.

The court will take up the four charge sheets filed against Choudhary Sep 30.

The police have till now filed 13 supplementary charge sheets in connection with the serial blasts cases.

The series of blasts in the national capital had claimed the lives of 26 people and injured 135 others.
