The girl is now nine months pregnant and has been denied treatment by hospital authorities.

The court directed that a government hospital provide her and her yet-to-be born child with all medical facilities

Her father Satyanarayan had demanded compensation from the police, stating that his daughter was raped since Delhi Police could not find her and therefore they are liable to pay compensation.

A probe team had visited the native place of the suspect, identified as Chhote Lal Yadav, at Kushinagar in Uttar Pradesh and Ludhiana in Punjab but could not find the girl.

The court also issued notice to the government over the compensation plea and slated the matter for hearing Oct 7.
