Kolkata, Sep 3 - Telecom operator Aircel has launched a new product in Kolkata and West Bengal that allows subscribers to pay per second, instead of the present tariff of charging by the minute.
Under this plan, the base tariff for any Aircel subscriber will be one paisa per second both on local and long distance national calls, said Vipul Saurabh, the company's national head of operations and customer support, Thursday.
