New Delhi, Aug 30 - Top seed Vishnu Vardhan of India will be looking to become third time lucky when last of the three back-to-back $10,000 International Tennis Federation (ITF) tournament begins at the DLTA complex here Monday.
Vardhan, a finalist in the first two weeks, will open against Indian qualifier Karunuday Singh Tuesday.
Vardhan lost his first final to South Korean Young-Jun Kim and last week went down to Yuki Bhambri to finish runners-up.
Young-Jun, who has been seeded second will be hoping to wrap up his three week Indian tour with a title win. He had to concede his semi-final against Vardhan last week due to exhaustion and sore knee.
Britain's Chris Eaton is the third seed and will open against compatriot Max Jones.
India's Akash Wagh, S. Narayanaswamy, Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan have been given the wildcard besides Johny Arcilla of Philippines.
