New Delhi, Aug 28 - The Supreme Court Friday fixed Oct 20 to hear cross-appeals between the two squabbling Ambani brothers and the Union government on the issue of the supply of natural gas to a power firm owned by Anil Ambani, the younger sibling.
A bench comprising of Chief Justice K.G. Balakrishnan, Justice P.S. Sathasivam and Justice V.H. Chauhan fixed Oct 20 for hearing the matter which involves a dispute on the supply of gas from a firm owned by elder brother Mukesh Ambani.
The matter was earlier to be settled Sep 4 but on that day the bench headed by the chief justice is also hearing another crucial matter.
