New Delhi, Aug 25 - Rural Development Minster C.P. Joshi has convened a meeting of all parties Wednesday to elicit suggestions for better implementation of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA).
'I will meet the representatives of national parties to discuss and get suggestions for better implementation of NREGA,' the rural development minister told reporters.
Joshi said by July this year, only four percent of the households had availed 100 days' employment under the scheme and most states had not completely utilised the money given to them under the scheme.
