Bhubaneswar, Aug 13 - Seven suspected swine flu cases have been reported in Orissa in the past two days, an official said Thursday.

Bikash Patnaik, medical officer at state health control room, told IANS that 12 people had been tested for swine flu, and five had been found negative. Samples of the others have been sent to New Delhi.

The seven samples were from six patients at Sriram Chandra Bhanja medical college and hospital at Cuttack and one patient at Maharaja Krishna Chandra Gajapati Medical College and Hospital at Berhampur, he added.
