New Delhi, Aug 9 - Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Sunday spoke to Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad as swine flu claimed two more lives in India, taking the national death toll to four since Aug 3.
'The prime minister spoke with the minister over phone,' an official of the prime minister's office told IANS.
A 42-year-old school teacher from a village near Pune and a 43-year-old non-resident Indian (NRI) man who had flown from the US to Ahmedabad died of swine flu Sunday.
India has reported a total of 783 cases of which over 500 patients have been cured. The most badly hit states are Delhi and Maharashtra.
