Chennai, Aug 5 - India progressed to the quarter-finals by drubbing England 3-0 for their third win and then drew lowly Canada in the knock-out phase of the 13th Junior World Women's Squash team championship, here wednesday.
In the draw of lots for the quarter-final line-up, India came up against the fourth seeded Canadians and the expectations are that the hosts would move smoothly into the semi-finals where they will meet the winners of the match between No.6 Hong Kong China and New Zealand, seeded eighth.
Top seed Egypt face third seeded Malaysia and seventh ranked England take on the US, the 15th seeds.
