Ranchi, July 24 - Vigilance sleuths Friday raided the houses of former Jharkhand chief minister Madhu Koda and three ex-ministers in a corruption case, officials said.
The ex-ministers whose houses were searched by the vigilance sleuths are Kamlesh Singh (Nationalist Congress Party), Bandhu Tirkey (Independent) and Bhanu Pratap Sahi (Independent).
The vigilance department had lodged a first information report (FIR) July 2 against Koda and the three former ministers following a directive by the vigilance court.
The court directed the vigilance department to lodge an FIR while it was hearing a petition filed by Rajiv Sharma who had charged Koda (Independent) and the ex-ministers of amassing wealth beyond their known sources of income.
