Chandigarh, July 23 - Police in this union territory are going all out to help senior citizens driving on the city roads.

Senior citizens will be given unique stickers for police to identify 'them from a distance... and help them in case of traffic jam or parking problem', H.S. Doon, superintendent of police, told IANS.

'This is a part of our community policing. We have also written to the Chandigarh civic authority to ask their parking contractors to give proper respect to senior citizens with these stickers on their vehicles.'
