New Delhi, Sep 9 - Delhi's drivers may get a lesson in traffic discipline and lane driving ahead of the Commonwealth Games following a suggestion from an ambassador to Indian officials.
'One of the envoys asked us that Delhi drivers are very bad, can you do something to make them more disciplined,' Home Secretary G.K. Pillai said here Wednesday.
He was speaking to reporters after his meeting with the heads of missions of 71 countries that will participate in the Commonwealth Games 2010 here.
During the briefing on security arrangements for the mega event, the high commissioner of Mauritius, Mookhesswur Choonee, raised the issue.
'So we told him, that we may conduct a traffic campaign to make drivers more disciplined and adhere to lanes,' he said.
