New York, Sep 17 - Hollywood actress Jennifer Connelly and her husband Paul Bettany have revealed they go on camping holidays to avoid the paparazzi.

The Hollywood couple, who wed in 2003, enjoy heading out on vacation to the countryside with their children, six-year-old Stellan, and 11-year-old Kai, from Connelly's previous relationship, despite the harsh living conditions to take a break and evade the media, reports hollywood.com.

'Three weeks ago me and my missus and the kids were covered in mud for three days, because we got rained on from a great height when we were camping in the White Mountains (in New Hampshire)... It's like proper camping out in the wild with bear canisters - you have to go and put your food 800 yards away in case the bears smell it,' said Bettany.
