Kolkata, Sep 16 - Tata Steel management has signed a bonus agreement with employees, the company said Wednesday.

The agreement was signed for annual bonus to the employees of the steel major's Jamshedpur unit, including the tubes division, for 2008-09.

The company will pay annual bonus at 18.5 percent of wages (basic and dearness allowance) paid for the year 2008-2009.

The deal was signed by top Tata Steel officials and employees' representatives in the presence of Deputy Labour Commissioner, Jamshedpur.
